Wojciech Lorys – Board Chairman
Graduate of the Electrotechnology, Automation and Electronics faculty at the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy.
From 1989 – 1992 he was Vice-President (Finance) at the Polish-American software company Qumak International j.v. sp. z o.o. Next he worked as Chief Accountant for the following companies: ‘Michał Żak’ (1992-1993), Qumak International (1993 – 1995), and Leasing Management S.A. (where he was also a Member of the Board, 1995-1999). Between 1999 and January 2003 he worked successively as Finance Director, Board Member and President of companies in the Buma Group.
He has trained both in Poland and abroad, principally in accountancy and finance, and in 2000 he qualified as a Statutory Auditor (ID No 9584).
He has both documented qualifications and professional experience in:
- Book-keeping
- Auditing financial reports
- Financial management
- Accountancy and management accounts
- Changes in the ownership structure of companies (as regards tax law and regulations governing balance-sheets)
He speaks English and Russian.
Zbigniew Pamuła – Deputy Chairman of the Board
Graduate of the Manufacturing Faculty of the Economics University in Kraków.
Since 1983 he has worked in financial and accountancy services. His positions have included: Chief Accountant for the Polish-American software company Qumak International j.v. sp. z o.o. (1992-1993) and for ORBIS S.A. Hotel Cracovia in Kraków (1993-2006). Thereafter (2006-2007) he worked as Vice-President of the auditing and accountancy company Interfin sp. z o.o. in Kraków. He has worked for WL Finanse since April 2007.
He has trained in accountancy and finance and in 1999 he qualified as a Statutory Auditor (ID No 9280).
He has documented qualifications and professional experience in the following areas:
- Book-keeping
- Auditing financial reports
- Auditing EU funds
- Financial management
- Accountancy and management accounts
- Changes in the ownership structure of companies (as regards tax law and regulations governing balance-sheets)
He speaks English and Russian.
Anna Broszkiewicz – Member of the Board
Graduate of Physics and Nuclear Technology faculty at the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy
in Cracow.
In the years 1997-2003 she worked at ControlSoft Sp. z o.o. and Accounting Office Jolanta Topolska. She is employed at WL Finanse since 2003 year.
She has trained principally in accountancy, finance and taxes, and in 2011 she qualified as a Statutory Auditor (ID No 12234).
She has both documented qualifications and professional experience in:
- Book-keeping
- Auditing financial reports
- Auditing of EU funds
- Financial management
- Accountancy and management Accounts
She speaks English and German.
